Highway 139/Douglas Pass open in western Garfield County:  Firefighter personnel and vehicles are still actively using the highway to access the fire area in Rio Blanco County just north of Garfield County for the now 12,707 acre Oil Springs Fire. Some burn areas are along the highway. Reduced speed is advised.
